got all my results back... and on this public zone called the Internet, I shall announce them here:
B for Maths :P:P
B for German :P:P
B for Chemistry :P:P:P
E for Economics :D
It was a Godsend, really the way all my grades turned out... all of them were ranked in order of marks, and the smileys are how I personally rank them (one :D = 3.5 :P)
this is how my dialogue with my mum went upon my receipt of my E for econs:
Me: Mummy, I got an E for Econs!!!!!!!!
Mum: What? you got a B???!!!
Me: No, mum, an E!!!
Mum: Huh? a D? (pause: this is why there is a communication breakdown in my family)
Me: No mummy, an EEEEE!!!!!!!!
Mum: Oh, an E. Err, so, are you happy or sad?
Me: Happy of course!!!
Mum: Why? Isn't an E lousy?
Me: supposed to be, but I thought I'd failed!
Mum: (long pause) well, if you're happy, I'm happy for you...
miracle ain't it? thanks to my wonderful and benovelent Econs teachers, I PASSED econs. You guys are so getting a monster portion of brownies on teachers' day :D
Apart from that, I am now president of College Publications. Thank you for all of your support, those who voted for me. I promise they shall not have been in vain. And my exco ROCKS!!!
Ah well... been holding my breath to finally sit down, go wild, bead, and bake. However, there were first the common tests, then German day, then homework, and now german homework. I swear, if I've not finished being bogged down tomorrow, I'll sit down and scream. The only time in the past 14 days that I've actually slept past 5 hours was on friday and saturday night, for 8 blessed hours... My eye bags have grown..........
Ah well, one more DAY... and then I can BREATHE
hooray for life, boo for school, and a cheer for the people who have read this
