Lalalala... I have loads of work to do... but I can't seem to want to finish it... basically just chinese.... the rest are ok... sigh... just... strangely enough, empty. When I store up all the thngs that have happened to me for a good blogging session, they flee... don't know why... maybe it's because I don't really want to share them... it's basically blogging for the sake of blogging...
I'm currently writing my WP assignment... the recreation of Beowulf... mine's set in another era, another setting... if you want to know how ridiculous it is, Beowulf is a police lieutenant, Hrothgar is a state senator, and Grendel is a mafia overlord... completely cheesy, but then, I'm desperate for ideas... I think the descripptive part is ok... it's just the storyline... !!!!!!!
Other assignments due by tomorrow:
1. Chinese... that one's bad
2. German... pretty ok... done half of it already
3. IS1104... anyone know how to do the first open ended question?

Things due during next week:
1. IS1105 assignment... wish I could screw it, but then, I screwed up the play... so I can't
2. Maths... I hate the f(f-inverse)=x concept... haven't a clue...
3. MI play... thank God we don't present tomorrow...

Overdue assignment:
1. CAAL!!!!! haha... but then, I don't know what to really do for it... shall I be a mass murderer? or lawyer? or missionary???

Baked cookies for teachers' day picnic... everyone, please appreciate them... I burnt my fonger baking them... hope they turned out edible... but my sis didn't die whil sampling 1... so I THINK they should be ok...but I'm tired... I started baking at 8.30 and didn't stop till 4 hours later... non-stop... one thing I WILL NOT be when I grow up: a baker... I take my hat off to the noble breed of chefs and bakers that grace the kitchens of the world... from the lowest down cooking-maid to a 5 star michelin chef, you have earned my undying respect.

It's been a while since I blogged. I have decidedly lost all interest in it. I mean, the things that happen are all the same... so here are a few things that happened since my last entry:

My dad's book launch. Boring book, 1000pages on construction law and contracts, but the people that turned up were interesting. Never knew my dad was such a celebrated person... but he is, in his own wierd way...

Chinese test... bad bad bad... studied for it but the stuff that came out was 10 times harder than the stuff I studied... at least my mum has decided to excuse this test and she says she won't pull me back to tuition if my grades drop...

Ah well... the rest is normal... stressing out over marks, studying for tests... trying to motivate myself to do german... now have the grayvine website to upkeep (or destroy)...
Life... a never ending circle of duties, somewhat interesting stuff... and the rotten...

I have just realised that my wonderful comp and the programmes inside it are giving me one of the few problems I am undoubtedly faced with this week. I have not a friggin' idea as to how to upload articles onto the net, and everytime I try, my comp screws up... so that means that if I try hard enough, there goes another 10k to fix it, and I will be banned from using the comp for at least a year... interesting predicament....

prob no. 2: chinese... hooray... gonna drop to a B+/B now, my mum's worst fears have been realised... back to chinese tuition I go... need I say more?

clash of commitments: dim sum dollies at the esplanade vs. very VERY important rehearsal for National day at the RC for church... to me, it feels like subduction... 2 plates clashing, and one must give way to the other... If I don't go for the dim sum dollies, I have to look for replacements or something... if I don't go for rehearsal, I might get kicked out of the performance altogether...

I just realised that I bitch everytime I blog... or if I don't bitch, I mope... and I'm starting to sound... I don't know... seriously bitchy and insensitive... doesn't feel nice... not when I know half the time there are other things in the world that don't make it quite so bleak as I seem to make it out to be... guess it's looking on the bright side of life... :P
